Christmas 2021 Delivery Dates

It’s time to plan ahead for your Christmas deliveries.

Here's our deadlines for pre-Christmas deliveries, as well as some updated information from our delivery service provider:


DEADLINES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:

Last days to order for pre-Christmas delivery:

AUSTRALIA


Without Personalisation:
14th of December, 2021
 
With Personalisation:
10th of December, 2021


NEW ZEALAND
 
Without Personalisation:
9th of December, 2021
 
With Personalisation:
3rd of December, 2021


Our Warehouse Christmas Closing Dates:


Closed from: 17th of December 2021
Re-open: 11th of January 2022

If we receive your order after the 17th of December 2021, we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas.



The online store will remain open 24/7 over the Christmas break.


Orders will be sent out in date order when we reopen, from Jan 11.
Turn-around starts from Jan 11.

 

A message from our delivery service provider:

We are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas*:

  • Parcel Post – 13 December 2021
  • Express Post – 20 December 2021

* Excludes to and from Perth and Darwin.

For both domestic and international, items sent after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

 

A message about delivery delays:

We have no control over the time it takes for your parcel to be delivered.  We are doing everything we can do get your orders finished quickly, and we'll choose the fastest delivery option for every postcode. 

You will receive a tracking email with your order confirmation.  This will be updated as your parcel makes it way to you.  Please be kind and understanding about delivery times - and factor it into your planning. 

PLEASE do not contact us for delivery information. Requests for delivery updates will not be answered during business hours.  Please be patient and give the couriers an extra couple of days to deliver your order.

Make sure you add the correct email and phone number to your order, so the tracking info reaches you.  Check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
