Like so many of you, Covid ruined all of our plans to visit our family last year.
It’s been 15 months since we hugged our Mum and Dad, and we miss them A LOT.
We’ve decided to drive up to northern NSW to spend the Easter school holidays with them this year, and to celebrate all the things we missed in 2020.
I know this will be frustrating for some of you, and I sincerely apologise. No time is the best time to take time off in this business. And if you know me, you'll know that not much stops me from working. But we need to take this time out.
I am sure you’ll understand how important this is to our family, and I hope your clients will too. If Covid has taught us anything, it is to make sure we make time for the ones we love the most.
Time goes by way too fast these days.
If you need to chat about your orders or have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me any time. If I don't answer my phone straight away, please leave a message so I know who's calling, and I'll call you back.
Below are the turn around times for orders placed between these dates (even without personalisation or branding):
Between now and March 28, please try to get as many orders in the system as you can. We'll work overtime every day until then, to clear them before we close on March 30.
Even if you just want to get some blank back up stock, to get you through any unplanned tight spots you find yourself in.
You can continue ordering as usual through our online store during these days. The online store will not close.
While we are away, we will have access to email, so you can contact us, and we will be preparing your orders in the system. Phone coverage isn’t great on the farm. Email or text is best. We will reply ASAP.
We will be preparing artwork while we are away, so the moment we get back to the warehouse, your artwork will already be in the system and ready to print in order of date received.
When we reopen, we'll work day and night to get everything out as fast as possible.
Thank you so much for supporting our little family business. We are very grateful, and so are our Mum and Dad.
