Frequently asked questions

Please look here before contacting us with questions.  It could save you time.

Question 1: When will my order be delivered?

A:  Our turn around time is up to 7 days.  If you order on a Tuesday night, your order will leave our warehouse by the Wednesday in the following week.  If you order on a Friday night, we'll receive your order on the Monday morning.  7 days starts from the Monday.

Question 2: I need something FAST. Can you help me?

A: Sure. If you don’t need any printing on your product, your order will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. If you get your order in before 8am Mon - Wed, it’s possible it will leave that day, if there’s no hold up. If you need printing on your product, you can request a RUSH ORDER. There’s no guarantee, so contact us first. If it’s possible, we’ll be able to dispatch your order in 24 hours. (conditions apply) There is a $25 rush order fee payable, on top of your order total BEFORE we commence a rush order. Rush orders mean you go to the front of the line. It’s like pushing in. So we don’t recommend it, unless it’s absolutely necessary. If it causes delays for our other customers, we will say no. Please plan ahead.

Question 3: Will I receive a proof for my order?

A: In most cases, yes.  If you are a new customer, we'll design a proof using your notes from checkout.  Some products don't need proofs.  Some need you to supply artwork ready for print.  The listing info will tell you what you need to do.  Please read the info in the product listing.

Question 4: Do you have a 'minimum order' quantity?  (MOQ)

A: No.  You can buy just one product at a time if you like.

Question 5: Do you ship to other countries?

A: Absolutely! We have loads of international customers. You can find shipping costs for some countries on our POSTAGE page. NEW ZEALAND customers pay around the same cost our Queensland & Western Australian customers pay! USA, UK & European customers can receive their order in under 10 days at great rates. All international orders need to be invoiced manually. So please email us for a product and postage quote. The tax needs to be removed, PLUS, we can get a better shipping cost than our online store can offer. Our warehouse is in Melbourne, Australia.

Question 6:  Do you have a bulk discount?

A: Yes.  When you order 10+ of the same product, you'll get a 5% discount.  When you order 30+ of the same product, you'll get a 10% discount. In each listing, there is a paragraph about bulk orders. You’ll find the discount codes there. Enter the discount at checkout when prompted. Misuse of codes = order cancelled and refunded.

Question 7: How do I send you my photo/logo/details for printing my order?

A: There’s a link to our DROPBOX in every listing. Click it. Make sure you read ALL the info in the listing. Everything you need to know should be in there, step by step.

Question 8: I don’t know how to crop my photo for printing. What can I do?

A: Are you a professional photographer? Do a search on You Tube for lessons in cropping with Photoshop or Lightroom. Every professional photographer needs to know how to crop an image correctly.

A: If you’re not a professional photographer, we can help you. Send us your order, and your photo. We’ll crop it for you. And let you know if we need to send you a proof.

Question 9: Why do I have to contact you if my design or logo has white in it?

A: Our printer does not recognise regular white in a design or font. This makes it easy for us to print designs that have a white background we want ignored. But it means we have to convert regular white in to a file that the printer WILL recognise, if we want it to. We need to see your file first, to make sure it can be converted. The best way to ensure this is to send us a vector file (designed in Illustrator). These files allow us to select every little detail and convert it. If you want your logo printed in white, you need to supply it in high res black. We can convert most black files to white. Make sure the file size is larger than 200kb. PNG files are best. JPG files are hard to convert because they can be fuzzy. This information DOES NOT APPLY to photos. Your photos will print just fine. :)

Question 10: Can I order printing on the walnut coloured box or USB? What do I need to do?

A: For printing to stand out on the walnut colour, we need to put a white layer directly below every tiny detail of your artwork. The only type of file we can do this with is an .ai file created in Illustrator. If you don’t have an .ai file, we still might be able to help you by converting a .png version of your artwork. It’s not always possible, so please email your artwork to us for checking BEFORE you order.

Question 11: What if my design or logo can’t be converted?

A: It is so important to buy your logos and branding from an experienced graphic designer. They should provide you with a range of different file types that can be used in all types of printing for your business. If you design your own logo in Photoshop or an APP, you are reducing your print options. If we are not able to convert your file, we’ll give you options for what your design or logo will print on.

Question 12: Do you have discount days or coupon codes?

A: No. Our prices have been designed to make sure EVERY customer gets the best price EVERY day. We would hate for a customer to order something one day, then see a discount code pop up the next. You can find factory 2nds and discontinued products on sale in the online store.

Question 13: Do you offer FREE shipping?

A: No. When a business gives free shipping, it usually means the price of the shipping has been added to your product price. A lot of our customers collect their orders. We believe it is unfair to add a shipping cost to their products. Our shipping costs are fair. We charge you what the post office charges us. Please visit our POSTAGE page for a breakdown.
