What happens if I want both the back and front covers printed?

The above rates all apply to printing a single cover.

Example:

A customer wants a template cover, but with their logo printed on the back.  Their total Personalisation Printing would cost:

Template Cover Personalisation:  $16

Logo Back Cover Personalisation:$10

Total Personalisation Cost:             $36 + cost of product.    

You would order each side as a separate item in the online store.  Don't worry, it is a lot simpler than it seems!!   Just treat each side as a purchase item.         

 

Do I have to order my Personalised Printing via the website?

Not everyone likes ordering online, and personalisation can be a bit tricky, so you are welcome to email or call us to discuss your personalisation or order details in person.

 

How long will my personalised printing take?

We're as keen as you are to get your items quickly and easily - so we aim for super-quick turn arounds.

You can expect your personalised order to be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after your proof approval is received by us.

Customers using the Your Cover, Basic Names and Basic Logo and Template Cover can expect to get their proof within 2 business days.

Customers using the Custom Cover option can expect to get their proof within 3 business days. 

 

Your personalisation options don't seem to fit my circumstances - what do I do?

Not all jobs are the same, and it sounds like yours is unique.  You are welcome to email or call us to discuss your specific needs.  Hopefully we can come up with a solution together.

 

Can I print any colour?

Technically you can print any colour, but we recommend choosing colours that contrast strongly with the item you plan printing on.  

For example black ink won't stand out well on a black album - so choose a light coloured album like teal, light grey or natural when using black ink.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts for Personalised Printing?

We do!!   Regular customers are encouraged to purchase their products in bulk.  

Many get their logo printed at a discount price and store their products at our warehouse.  We then individually personalise each item as you order it.  Please contact us for bulk prices.  Postage not included in price.Personalise 10+ products in one order, receive a 10% discount - use code BULK10+.  Personalise 20+ products in one order, receive a 15% discount - use code BULK20+ at checkout.  

 

What is the printing quality like?

Your personalised item is created using a professional high-end UV ink printer.  The results are beautiful, permanent and are professionally printed.

 

Why can't I send you a JPEG file?

Jpegs are great for photos, but they don't print well with logos, text and anything that needs a transparent background. 

We don't want you to be disappointed with the results, so we highly recommend using .ai files or .eps files (Adobe Illustrator files) as they always produce the best results.  

We understand that not everyone has access to Illustrator, so .png and .pdf files are the next best thing.  They can be produced with Photoshop.  Use our contact form or give Desleigh a call on 0412 840 269 to discuss your options.

Can you print on the presentation box?

What a lovely idea!!  The presentation boxes for our Cloth Range are perfect for printing on.  And they look amazing when they match up with album inside.  So yeah, we can Personalise the presentation box!!

 

I am a kinder and childcare childcare photographer - do you have a special bulk discount for us?

Because of your unique and repetitive product offering, we have a special bulk rate for kinder photographers.  Kinder, Preschool and Childcare photographers are invited to contact us for super-special bulk discounts for their larger numbers.
