  • Orders without personalisation or assembly: 1-2 business days.

  • Orders with personalisation &/or assembly: Allow 7 business days from time of order until dispatch from our warehouse.

  • RUSH orders: $25 rush fee. 48* hour turn around from time of order. Contact us ASAP to organise and pay fee. *can not be guaranteed. CONTACT us first.

  

SHIPPING - Australia & World wide 

Our postage charges are separate to your product purchase.  Your postage includes transit insurance. If the courier admits to losing your parcel, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If your tracking number tells us it's been delivered, and the courier confirms this, your parcel will not be replaced. If your dog chews your parcel to pieces, we will not replace your parcel.

  • PLEASE double check the delivery address you put on your order form. We will not replace orders sent to the wrong address if you allow auto fill to type in your address!
  • If you provide the wrong address, and your parcel is returned to us, you’ll need to pay the postage again. Aus Post charges us a return fee, so fair’s fair. 

Here are some tips to avoiding problems with shipping:

  • Give us the correct address.  Don't let autofill complete your details.
  • Check the address BEFORE you complete payment.
  • Make sure you give us a phone number & email that YOU can be contacted on.
  • If your dog chews parcels, put a BIG sign on your gate to tell couriers.
  • If you aren't home much, it might be best to use a parcel locker or po box.
  • If you live in a dodgy part of town, perhaps consider having your parcel delivered to work or to your Mum's place.

- Local pick ups: Welcome, by appointment only.  Email us to arrange a pick up time.  Our warehouse is in Whiporie, NSW, between Grafton & Casino.  We are not always at the warehouse, so please call first.

- Worldwide couriers & Aust Post: Delivery times are completely out of our hands once your parcel leaves our warehouse. We do our very best to use the fastest option for your postcode. If you need something urgent, please contact us to see what your options are. A priority print might be possible. See "Rush orders" above for more info.
